Membership Information
Details in this form are used for membership administration, communication, scheduling, safety, role planning and content records. Access is limited to authorised leadership, your information isn't sold, and reasonable safeguards are used. It's kept while membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless law, accounting or a dispute needs longer. You can ask to see or correct your details, or raise a privacy concern with leadership.
What This Website Saves
Your member details, role and availability, recording preference, typed signature and agreement acknowledgements. We also keep the agreement version, its full wording, submission time and the account used to submit. Leadership may record that your submission has been reviewed or needs a conversation.
Who Can See It
You can view your own acknowledgement. The Executive Lead can review the membership register. Other members cannot view your record. The current pilot uses restricted access and requires sign-in.

To see or correct your details, request removal, discuss a recording limitation or raise a privacy concern, contact intentionalworshippers@gmail.com. Leadership will discuss the request with you.
Registration is Not a Mailing-List Signup
This website does not add you to promotional emails, take payments or collect advertising analytics. Booking and partnership links open an email draft in your own email app. You decide whether to send it.
Members Under 18
The online registration flow is for members aged 18 and above. A younger member needs a separate parent or guardian consent process with leadership.
