Version 1.0 · August 2026. Read each standard and tick it individually. You can also read the full agreement in a separate tab.
I'll help keep IW a Christ-centred, safe and respectful space. I treat everyone with dignity, and I won't tolerate harassment, bullying, discrimination or dishonesty that harms another member or the group.
3:00 p.m. is our arrival-and-ready time. I'll confirm by Saturday 6:00 p.m., flag a likely delay before Sunday 2:30 p.m., and give early notice of recurring conflicts. Repeated unexplained lateness or absence may affect that day's lineup, always after a conversation first.
I'll learn my assigned songs before Sunday; rehearsal is for polishing, blending and recording prep, not first-time learning. I'll receive correction well and speak up when I need support.
My contribution is commitment, preparation and support, not compulsory payment. Where I can, I'll share useful contacts, suggest songs with reasons, support official content and help the team grow. As IW grows into visible sponsorship, a wider audience and stronger platforms, leadership intends to put group resources, connections and member support behind individual members' own music and craft; this isn't guaranteed or timed, and any future member contribution or benefit will always be explained, discussed and recorded first.
I won't speak as the sole voice of IW, promise a feature or partnership, accept a booking, open an account, collect money, or use the group name for a personal project without leadership's sign-off first. Bigger decisions on membership, collaborations, sponsorship and the group name need agreement from both leaders.
Money received for the group or a named project stays with that purpose, not with an individual. It moves through an approved channel, gets documented, and is reported with reasonable transparency. No member spends, borrows, redirects or privately negotiates group funds without approval.
I won't leak or privately share unreleased audio, video, photos, plans, member details, passwords or private group discussions, post unfinished material, or present my personal opinion as the group's position. Access given for service is returned when asked.
This form transfers no ownership of songs, lyrics, compositions, masters, performances, royalties or publishing. Original music, paid work, credits and revenue shares always need a separate written agreement before release. Concerns are heard respectfully; serious or repeated breaches may lead to a role pause or membership review. A member who leaves returns access and stops presenting as a current representative.
Leadership will communicate plans and changes clearly, apply standards fairly, protect member dignity and personal data, keep honest financial records, give proper credit, avoid exploiting members, hear concerns, and use separate written agreements before original music, paid appearances, sponsorship deliverables or revenue-sharing arrangements.
Details in this form are used for membership administration, communication, scheduling, safety, role planning and content records. Access is limited to authorised leadership, your information isn't sold, and reasonable safeguards are used. It's kept while membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless law, accounting or a dispute needs longer. You can ask to see or correct your details, or raise a privacy concern with leadership.
This acknowledgement takes effect when signed. Version 1.0 will be reviewed by 9 December 2026, or earlier if operations materially change; members will be consulted on practical changes and asked to acknowledge material revisions, and new members sign the current version. Membership is voluntary and guarantees no pay, exposure, role, recording place, management, sponsorship or income. A member under 18 needs separate parent/guardian consent. This document does not replace a separate agreement where legal, creative or financial rights are involved.
Internal membership acknowledgement, not an employment or commercial recording contract.
